The third year of collective exhibition "Queer Salon of Haná" presents – same as in previous years – artworks created by young artists based in Olomouc (the biggest city in Haná region, Central Moravia). The topics of presented artworks are portraits of (queer) identities, depicting intimacy in same-sex couples or homoerotic motifs.
The collection of artworks consists of intimate drawings, paintings, photographs and even poetry (this year for the first time). The exhibition doesn’t present artworks of organised group but creations of individual artists. Some of them participating at the exhibition for the first time.
The exhibition will take place in Langhans Café till 31 August 2020.
The OLLOVE group form Olomouc organizes cultural and educational events supporting the LGBTQ+ community. The members of OLLOVE are mostly students, absolvents or employees form the Palacký University, but also other young and active people who care about open society.
